Membership to Chandigarh Adventures, Treks and Sports (CATS) is open to all those who are seriously interested in promoting the adventure tours, and would like to contribute to the protecting, and preserving the environment, as well as contribute to the growth of adventure sport in this region through regular activities, pouring in suggestions, and actively involving themselves in the promotion of CATS for tourism development.
Till the time the membership fee is decided, the participation in the initial treks is on cost-sharing basis.
The first trek to Nepli forest is, however, fully sponsored by the Chandigarh Tourism and the Forest Department.
